How long does it take to get custom cabinets?

Four to six weeks from the day you approve the drawings, and we put your delivery week in writing.

Do you measure and install?

Yes. We measure the room before anything is built, then deliver your cabinets and install them.

Can I see samples before I decide?

Yes. We keep samples at our shop in Coal City, and you can come see them by appointment. Check the box on the form to set up a visit, or call, and we'll set a time.

What woods, door styles and finishes do you offer?

Any wood and any door style, painted, stained or left natural.

Do you make the cabinets yourselves?

Yes. We make every cabinet, boxes included, in our own shop in Coal City, and finish them in our own paint booth.

Do you build for contractors and dealers?

Yes. Contractors, cabinet dealers and designers send us their drawings, and we quote from them.

Do you warranty your cabinets?

Yes, in writing. The cabinets themselves are covered against defects for as long as you own your home, and the finish, the hardware and our installation for two years.

Will I get a written contract?

Yes. Before we start, you sign a contract with the price, what we're building and your delivery week.

Do you come back after install?

Yes. If we installed your cabinets, you get one free tune-up visit in your first year.

What the visit covers

What do custom cabinets cost?

It depends on the wood, the finish, the door style and how much wall the cabinets cover. Text us three photos of the room for a free ballpark price.

What moves the price

If I add a room later, can you use the same finish?

Yes. We keep your finish on file, so a room you add later gets its finish mixed from the same recipe.

How do I take care of my cabinets?

Dust them with a soft cloth, wipe off grease with a little dish soap in warm water, and dry them right away.
